Requirements
  • 10+ years Project Management or IT Systems experience.
  • Knowledgeable with BorgWarner IT Engineering Systems to be able to seamlessly communicate with IT Engineering Subject Matter Experts.
  • Expert knowledge with PMP principles to be able to coach others.
  • Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management systems.
  • Self-sufficiency in using Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel and MS Project).
  • Coach others on navigating manufacturing, engineering and business organizational structures.
Responsibilities
  • EES process development and continuous improvement for Plan Build Run teams.
  • Partner with Plan Build Run leadership to ensure implementation of processes meet BorgWarner quality standards while also ensuring efficient utilization of EES resources.
  • Modeling EES processes in Stages, that will include but not limited to process flow diagrams; process steps and detailed descriptions; RASIC tables and links to inter-dependent processes.
  • Develop KPIs utilizing Six Sigma tools when appropriate (as determined by EES leadership).
  • Collaborate with EES Run team leadership ServiceNow leadership to ensure help desk systems support EES processes without negatively impacting resource utilization. Leverage automation and or AI technologies to minimize human resource utilization in redundant or repetitive tasks.
  • Engage ITPPM and EES EPMO office to ensure consistency to EES processes in Demand Management and Project Execution.
