  • +2 years prior Customer Service experience
  • Must live in Metro Atlanta, GA and be able to travel to customers and workplace for meetings.
  • Excellent customer service mindset, strong communications (verbal and written) ability to interact with customers/brokers.
  • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Health & Life license required within 90 days of hire
Responsibilities
  • Assists with the development and execution of customer service strategies, meeting with customers at least quarterly to review status and discuss new action items.
  • Supports Account Manager who is responsible for the financials and relationship of customers with 100 to 5000 employees.
  • Manages the reviews and reporting of key performance indicators to ensure critical deliverables are achieved.
  • Collaborates in discussions regarding service levels and expectations, establishing methods for process improvements.
  • Facilitates reviews of key documentation to identify any gaps in service levels, conducts root cause analysis, and communicates corrective action plans for deficiencies.
  • Manages critical plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility, billing, and drafting.
  • Coordinates customer requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes, and benefit questions.
