TITLE: Senior Program Manager
POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Program Manager will guide cross-functional teams, comprising engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and marketing departments, to deliver projects that are not only seamless but also transformative. Key responsibilities include crafting detailed project plans, managing budgets, and leading risk management efforts to preemptively address potential issues. The role also demands an ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project’s progression.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Planning and Management: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions to challenges and obstacles.
- Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and marketing to execute projects seamlessly.
- Communication: Facilitate appropriate project-related communication, ensuring clear and timely information flow among team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply to regulations and other relevant standards, incorporating regulatory strategy and submissions planning into project timelines.
- Product Lifecycle: Oversee processes to ensure all technical requirements are met for new products.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives within the project management office to implement best practices in project management and product development processes.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational and Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field required.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of product development experience in regulated complex capital equipment
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and team building, capable of motivating and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capabilities in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred
- Experience in medical devices and robotics preferred
Triton Robotics is located in Burlingame, CA, near the Millbrae Caltrain and BART Station
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base salary for this role is between $170,000 and $220,000 depending on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: education, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for equity, benefits and 401(K) with matching.
