Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Check electrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensure functionality
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors, etc.)
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure an effective return on assets

Minimum Years of Experience:
Five years of divisional leadership experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, typically demonstrated by a bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience or eight or more years of experience. Experience working in an organization of comparable size and complexity is required.
