Requirements
- Experience in retail financial services operations / IT and process improvement, including but not limited to banking and brokerage.
Responsibilities
- Understand current business capabilities, functions, rules, and flows through documentation review, platform evaluation and stakeholder interviews.
- Understand current business and IT strategies (where applicable)and goals as they relate to FinTech Clearly map put document current business rules and business processes for areas in scope

- Engage in creative problem solving to design future-state business rules, process flows, and user experience
- Clearly document future-state design, including implementation considerations, trade-offs, associated investments / costs / staffing requirements / etc.
