- Receive and process collection assignments.
- Support international customers in writing and by telephone with cross-border receivables management.
- Independently conduct collection proceedings and verify the validity of claims and completeness of collection assignments.
- Prepare payment reminders and review outstanding receivables, including clarifying payment objections and obstacles.
- Communicate in multiple languages with creditors and debtors and prepare data for internal billing.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Initial experience in the freight forwarding sector or receivables management.
- Other legal knowledge.
