Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance engagement with key market participants in the Americas and advocate for S&P Dow Jones Indices’ intellectual property.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with our largest and most strategic exchange partners, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and fostering collaborative initiatives that drive revenue and market presence.
  • Set objectives and performance metrics to measure the success of initiatives and ensure team accountability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major exchanges, clearinghouses, market makers, and investment banks to drive collaboration and revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, addressing their needs effectively and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Represent S&P Dow Jones Indices in industry discussions, advocating for the firm's interests and engaging with regulatory bodies to influence policy.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through innovative products and collaborate with sales and marketing on targeted campaigns focused on the Americas.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions relevant to the regional capital markets landscape.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Research, and Technology teams to ensure alignment on product development that meets market demands.
  • Lead and mentor the Capital Markets team, fostering a culture of excellence and providing ongoing training and development.
  • Monitor the performance of initiatives and prepare reports for senior management on key metrics and insights.
