As a Senior Family Office Sales Executive at Ridgeline, you will help us break into the Family Office space by focusing on net-new customer acquisition, and leveraging your deep domain expertise in the asset management industry to sell the Ridgeline platform. This role provides a fantastic opportunity to become an early member of our Go-To-Market team, which is dedicated to delivering long-term value for customers by positioning Ridgeline’s modern, unified platform as a game-changer.
This is an individual contributor role.
What will you do?
- Lead business development efforts to open a market and sell to named accounts in the family office sector.
- Drive net-new business sales from prospecting through to close, ensuring pipeline progression.
- Orchestrate sales cycles by coordinating with internal teams, including pre-sales, value management, marketing, and sales support.
- Leverage your consultative selling skills to initiate and nurture long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
- Position Ridgeline effectively as a modern, cloud-based alternative to outdated legacy solutions.
- Maintain an active pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and progress reporting.
- Travel regularly (~33%) to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Think creatively, own problems, seek solutions, and communicate clearly throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to a collaborative environment rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of sales experience selling technology-based enterprise solutions and services to family offices, covering front, middle, and back offices.
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying role with a proven track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Expertise in establishing and maintaining key relationships with strategic accounts, including senior-level client relationships at the C-suite level.
- Deep understanding of the family office competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to drive results.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Willingness to learn about cutting-edge technologies while cultivating expertise in a business domain/problem space.

Compensation and Benefits
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $305,000 to $335,000 OTE. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amount listed above.
