Requirements
  • Specialized or technical training or an associate degree, with combined experience and education accepted as a substitute for minimum education.
  • Four years of progressive responsibility as a paralegal or related legal experience.
  • Certification from an American Bar Association-approved program or prior demonstrated paralegal or relevant experience.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, correspondence, and related materials.
  • Coordinate assigned legal matters by organizing records, maintaining legal databases, tracking deadlines, and supporting document management activities.
  • Support litigation, transactional, and compliance activities by coordinating legal processes, preparing supporting documentation, and monitoring case progress.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate legal services, resolve routine matters, and communicate project status.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, analyze findings, prepare summaries, and support responses to legal inquiries, investigations, and regulatory matters.
  • Assist with implementing legal initiatives, operational improvements, and special projects that support departmental priorities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Six years of experience supporting litigation, transactional, regulatory, or compliance-related legal matters.
  • A bachelor's degree, with combined experience and education accepted as a substitute for minimum education.
