Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 3 years of related industry experience, an additional four years’ experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or other supporting role within Quality
  • Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills and verbal/written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years related industry experience; OR four years experience with a Masters degree
  • Experience as a Quality Technician, Quality Inspector, or other supporting role within Quality
  • Experience with AS9100/ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • Strong problem solving and collaboration skills and verbal/written communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • FMEA, RCCA, Risk management, or Quality auditing experience

  • Experience implementing ISO 9000, AS9100, TL9000, TS16949, ISO 13485, and/or CMMI for Development
Responsibilities
  • Evaluates conformance to established company and regulatory standards of deliverable items, including but not limited to materials, equipment, tooling, data/documents, composite, rigid and ultra-flex components and sub-systems
  • Develops and maintains documentation and records related to program specific Quality Assurance objectives and responsibilities
  • Develops and implements program quality plans, schedules, and procedures to meet BU objectives using statistical quality control data, lean program concepts, and six-sigma tools and analyses
  • Interfaces with manufacturing, engineering, supplier, and government customer representatives to ensure requirements are met
  • Investigates problems and assists in developing disposition and corrective actions for recurring discrepancies
