  • Strong background in Clean Air Act statutory, regulatory, and policy with a focus on permitting and enforcement
Responsibilities
  • Draft Clean Air permits including minor source, Title V, PSD, and major nonattainment permits
  • Review proposed permits drafted by State and local agencies for conformity with regulations and policy
  • Draft and review control technology determinations including BACT and LAER determinations
  • Manage multiple projects and small project teams simultaneously
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with multiple clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor less experienced staff
  • Write technical documents
