Team Description
As the product leader of Pendo’s Integrations team, you’ll be responsible for widening the footprint of our platform by realigning and expanding our integration offerings. You’ll ensure vital features of Pendo are available in the software our customers also use, including Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, Snowflake, Jira, and more.
You’ll define a set of integration and design patterns to establish a scalable approach to integrating with Pendo, and that integrations are created as reusable building blocks to allow for greater efficiency and scalability of our platform. You’ll own the API, understand how third-parties are using it to integrate with Pendo, and identify areas to improve the developer experience for third-party integrators. You’ll also make sure these meet the needs of our customers through quantitative analysis of use and qualitative reviews of feedback and sentiment.
You’ll create and maintain a vision for your product area, and communicate and evangelize that vision within Pendo. Finally, you’ll be a strong cross team partner to Sales, Support, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships as the subject-matter expert for your area.
This position is based out of our Raleigh office.
