  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent HSE industry certification
  • 5+ years' experience in HSE roles with increasing levels of responsibility, a background in consulting is a big plus!
  • Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and e-mail applications

  • Direct and oversee the activities of external consultants and Review Team members, including quality metrics
  • Mentor and direct a team regarding various technical projects and activities
  • Develop team members by providing performance feedback and coaching
  • Provide recommendations to management on performance scores and promotions
  • Travel to meet with existing and prospective clients as the Health and Safety Subject Matter Expert
