Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and build a high-performing team who continually overachieve
  • Develop and maintain customer lifecycle journey, sales support materials/playbooks and key analyst relationships
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Services and Product teams to develop and implement a successful demand generation and go-to-market programs, including ABM
  • Manage budget and deliver key management reporting using Vyopta’s Go-to-Market IT systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce.com, other) regarding inbound/funnel metrics and forecasts
  • Monitor customer, partner, market and competitor activity and provide insights regarding each area to Sales, Customer Services and Product teams (includes leadership) to improve product and processes to accelerate sales growth
