- Candidates MUST be able to work on W2 to qualify for this role.
- Over 7+ years of software application development and support.
- Must have hands on development knowledge on front end technologies JSP, Servlets, HTML, Javascript
- Candidate should have development experience in MS plugin/dll, Java, AJAX, any Debugger tools such as Fiddler etc, Webservices development and support
- Proven skills in troubleshooting for Java/Webservices applications
- Candidate must have good knowledge on Database, able to write complex queries
- Candidate must be a self-starter, motivated, innovative, capable of mentoring other associates and adapt to changes and work hours.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
- The ability to perform in a dynamic and “process-improving” environment
- Team player
- Provide technical and development support for software applications including front-end and back-end components.
- Troubleshoot Java/Web services applications and support Web services development and related tasks.
- Mentor and guide other associates and adapt to changes and work hours.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals.
- Operate in a dynamic, process-improving environment and work as part of a team.
