  • Experience having to define new operations and workflows
  • Technical knowledge in SQL, data visualization tooling and product life cycles
  • Previous experience in building and managing team of inspired Customer Success Managers
  • Manage important enterprise deals across the Nowsta client base
  • Design, implement and grow the solutions team and important post-sale processes of Nowsta operations
  • Scope tooling and product feature sets to ensure the scalability of Nowsta's solutions and delivery team
  • Work with the platform general manager to grow operations across the entire Nowsta marketplace
