About this Role:
We’re looking for a leader to help build Nowsta’s implementation and strategic management team. You will work with Nowsta’s product, operations and data teams to create important enterprise opportunities and scale the post-sale workflows. By working directly with our customers to understand their problems, you will design and implement solutions to increase adoption and performance of the Nowsta platform. You will report to the General Manager, Flexpool.

Manage important enterprise deals across the Nowsta client base

Design, implement and grow the solutions team and important post-sale processes of Nowsta operations

Scope tooling and product feature sets to ensure the scalability of Nowsta’s solutions and delivery team

Work with the platform general manager to grow operations across the entire Nowsta marketplace
Abilities that will help you succeed:
-
Proven ability to sell and upsell to clients, and effectively communicate the value of the software platform to decision makers

Experience with the workforce management industry, and able to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Expertise in customer service, and able to address client concerns and issues

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and make data- informed decisions
Your qualifications:
-
5+ years experience in high-growth operations or similar roles

Comfortable working across clients, data and defining product
-
Experience having to define new operations and workflows

Technical knowledge in SQL, data visualization tooling and product life cycles

Previous experience in building and managing team of inspired Customer Success Managers
