Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Systems or Finance Transformation
  • BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Work cross functionally to support the vision and product roadmap that transforms Strategic Finance using technology, operational and process improvement, data, and analytics.
  • Build relationships with Strategic Finance members and gain a deep understanding of their finance process to contribute to quick wins and continuous process improvement.
  • Drive effective impact analysis, communications, and change management for supported businesses.
  • Support various aspects of the project lifecycle including process documentation, requirements gathering/creation of Business Requirement Documents, analysis, UAT and roll out.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of financial planning tools.
  • Help problem solve and drive execution through conducting analysis, looping in appropriate teams, and utilizing conceptual Finance and Tech knowledge.
