Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth-driven, innovative global approach to VIP and celebrity relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Consumer Engagement, to activate brand partnerships.
  • Oversee global VIP and celebrity ambassador programming including partnerships chart including seeding + gifting.
  • Partner with senior leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to align VIP and celebrity initiatives with the communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with Global Consumer Engagement and regional marketing teams to craft cutting-edge VIP and celebrity campaign strategies.
  • Design premium and bespoke gifting/seedings and high-profile event concepts.
  • Establish clear goals and track KPIs to ensure programs deliver strong ROI, drive acquisition, and contribute to overall brand growth.
  • Oversee VIP and celebrity contract creation, revisions, and negotiations in partnership with Legal and Indirect Procurement teams.
  • Remain at the forefront of celebrity culture and emerging trends across key platforms.
  • Identify and nurture high-profile talent and celebrities who authentically align with Sol de Janeiro’s brand values.
