Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Support a fast-paced, innovation-focused organization in managing the full life cycle of large-scale Research and Development (R&D) efforts.
  • Become part of a cross-functional team working to shape, solicit, procure, and execute complex programs.
  • Apply advanced program and project management skills by constructing project plans and coordinating program meetings for the client.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial execution functions, including assisting with program budget creation, forecasting, and active execution tracking, drafting funding documents, and creating briefings and reports to keep the clients fully apprised of program financials and deliverable progress.
  • Use the client’s financial management system to support procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives in the creation and coordination of acquisition funding documents, including preparing, coordinating, and evaluating federal funding solicitations.
  • Apply advanced consulting skills through document creation and administrative and logistical coordination, including managing the federal client’s calendar and scheduling travel on their behalf.
  • Analyze innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Execute independently in a fast-paced environment directly with Government Program Managers and other federal clients.
