  • An Associate’s degree or higher from a university or technical college.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience building solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Builder-level expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
  • Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams and relational data modeling.
  • Practical experience with data loss prevention policies, connector governance, and Power Platform deployment pipelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively while managing individual development tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Build Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, complex Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
  • Provide in-the-code support, troubleshooting, and collaborative solution design for two developers.
  • Design practical, scalable, and maintainable data models and application structures.
  • Partner with business users to translate functional needs into technical solutions and prototype applications.
  • Build and maintain Dataflows using Power Query and Power Automate integrations for data movement and business processes.
  • Create and maintain reusable component and template libraries.
  • Follow established safety standards, policies, and best practices and contribute to the company-wide safety culture.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the engineering or utility industries.
  • Familiarity with SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, and the Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Experience establishing development standards or shared user interface and user experience libraries.
