Requirements
  • Previous experience 2-5 years in a health care setting preferred. Prefer experience in Record Completion Analysis, Coding or Billing experience.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report status of operational area(s) of responsibility.
  • Ensures department performance is consistent with productivity, quality and compliance expectations. Compiles reports and presents performance data.
  • Responsible for maintaining up to date policy and procedures, overseeing daily work, and ensuring appropriate workflow.
  • Establish workflows that ensure appropriate medical record completion and content.
  • Performing and or reporting on HIM functions for assigned area(s).
