Titan Wealth further strengthens its international wealth management offering with acquisition of LTS Tax Limited. Titan Wealth today announces the acquisition of LTS Tax Limited, the leading tax advisory firm in the Channel Islands, further strengthening Titan Wealth's international wealth management proposition and enhancing its ability to support with increasingly complex cross-border financial affairs. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval. The announcement builds on Titan Wealth's recently announced acquisition of Progeny International, subject to regulatory approval, further expanding the Group's ability to deliver integrated wealth management services across key international wealth centres amid growing demand for integrated cross-border advice. Progeny is present in Singapore, Hong Kong, Belgium, and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and offers tax-led financial advice to internationally mobile individuals, entrepreneurs and multi-generational families. Together, the two acquisitions significantly enhance Titan Wealth's offering by combining international financial planning with specialist UK and offshore tax expertise, investment management, platform and custody capabilities for the benefit of clients and advisers. LTS provides a comprehensive range of UK, Jersey and Guernsey tax advisory and compliance services, including personal and corporate taxation, trust taxation, Inheritance Tax planning, wealth structuring, double tax treaty and residence guidance, accounting, global mobility taxation, and UK real estate structuring. The business predominantly serves high-net-worth clients, trustees and corporates, often based internationally, with a requirement for UK, Guernsey and Jersey tax advice and compliance services. The LTS team includes 14 qualified UK Chartered Tax Advisers and 7 qualified accountants across its offices in the Channel Islands. The acquisition strengthens Titan Wealth's international presence, including the Channel Islands which is an established international finance centre, and further enhances its ability to provide coordinated advice for clients with complex international tax, trust, succession, and wealth structuring requirements. It also responds to growing demand for integrated cross-border advice, driven by increasing regulatory complexity, international mobility, and the continued global movement of high-net-worth individuals and families. Andrew Fearon, Joint Group CEO and Head of M&A at Titan Wealth, said: "The acquisition of LTS is another important step as we continue to add market leading capabilities to our wealth management offering. LTS's solutions perfectly complement our existing strengths and will further differentiate our offering by combining specialist UK and offshore tax advice with financial planning, investment management and platform capabilities for the benefit of clients. We're incredibly pleased to welcome the LTS team to Titan Wealth." Paul O'Neill, Managing Director of LTS Tax, said: "Joining Titan Wealth marks an exciting new chapter for LTS, creating opportunities for both our clients and our people. By combining our specialist tax expertise with Titan Wealth's integrated wealth management platform and growing international presence, clients will benefit from access to a broader range of services while continuing to receive the high-quality, personalised advice they value." The Progeny International and LTS Tax Limited acquisitions are subject to regulatory approval. Titan Wealth partners with Scimitar Sportswear for WearThenShare(TM) Zimbabwe rugby tour. 0 207 2 minutes read Fast-growing, fully integrated wealth management firm Titan Wealth is partnering with Scimitar Sportswear to help deliver community-focused programme WearThenShare(TM) in Zimbabwe. The overseas visit represents an important milestone for the WearThenShare(TM) programme, an initiative established by Scimitar in the UK last year to extend the life of performance sportswear by repurposing surplus and pre-loved kit and redistributing it to grassroots clubs and communities where access to quality sporting apparel can be limited. Through partnerships with Rugby Recycled and the Tag Rugby Trust, thousands of garments have already been redirected away from landfill and placed back into active use, helping support teams, schools and community programmes across the UK rugby landscape. Now, Titan Wealth are helping enable the logistical and operational elements required to extend the initiative's impact to Zimbabwe, where donated sportswear will be distributed to local clubs and young players. Furthermore, the visit will create opportunities for coaching sessions and community engagement that highlight the positive impact sport can have within developing rugby communities. WearThenShare(TM) reflects Titan Wealth's commitment to supporting charitable programmes that deliver meaningful social impact through sport, sustainability and community. Sharing a passion for teamwork, discipline, resilience and planning, Titan believes that sport, like financial planning, can enable individuals and their families and communities to lead richer, fuller lives. Mike Fogden, Chief Marketing Officer, Titan Wealth, said: "Supporting initiatives that deliver tangible benefits to communities is an important part of our wider commitment within our Sports division. The WearThenShare(TM) programme demonstrates how collaboration between organisations can create meaningful opportunities within grassroots sport. We are proud to partner with Scimitar and its wider programme partners to help extend the reach of a powerful programme that is already making a real difference within local sporting communities." Jon Rew, Managing Director, Scimitar, commented: "Support from partners such as Titan Wealth plays a vital role in enabling initiatives like WearThenShare(TM) to grow and reach new communities. Their involvement helps ensure the programme can expand internationally and continue delivering positive impact through sport." The visit will also see collaboration with long time programme partners Rugby Recycled (led by Gareth Simpson of Saracens), the Tag Rugby Trust (founded and run by Martin Brockman), and Scrum5ive (pioneered by Andy Daniel), all of whom have played key roles in helping deliver the programme across grassroots UK rugby. The programme will be supported on the ground by major rugby content creator and influencer Max Brown (@maxbrownyo). Brown has been closely involved with the WearThenShare(TM) initiative throughout its initial journey and will help deliver kit donations, engage with local teams and document the experience through a series of video and social media updates. Content captured during the visit will be shared across both Titan Wealth and Scimitar channels.
