  • Job Summary: This role is responsible for building the project management discipline within the Event team and serves as the program manager for Pokémon's tentpole events. This role will manage and direct the work of a team of project managers; providing mentorship and oversight for multiple projects or programs

  • Develop standards, processes, and tools used for effective project management, as well as set and manage quality targets
  • Manages projects that span across both internal and external clients and teams
  • Monitor project scopes, budgets, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables, accounting for interdependencies
  • Address internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develop solutions to mitigate
  • Track at risk metrics and facilitate actions to keep projects on track
  • Establish data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting
  • Manage and track milestones and KPIs for a portfolio of projects
  • Assign studies and relay specific internal client needs to a team of project managers
  • Conduct training and onboarding for new project managers
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to a team of project managers
