  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing, Product Management or related go-to-market roles.
  • Proven experience leading product launches and go-to-market programmes.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value propositions.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial mindset with interest in market dynamics and competitive positioning.
  • Willingness to travel and support events outside standard business hours when required.
Responsibilities
  • Own go-to-market launch strategy and execution for Tactics & Coaching products.
  • Lead product lifecycle marketing across the Define, Get Set and Grow phases.
  • Develop and maintain clear positioning and value propositions for the T&C portfolio.
  • Build and maintain vertical messaging architecture that communicates product value to target audiences.
  • Monitor and maintain competitive intelligence across the T&C market landscape.
  • Capture and synthesise sales and market feedback to inform positioning, messaging and GTM improvements.
  • Continuously evolve the product narrative by integrating product updates, customer feedback and market insights into positioning and messaging.
  • Provide input into ICP evolution from a Performance & Health perspective.
  • Define and establish PMM frameworks and standards used across the Product Marketing function.
  • Own the launch governance process, ensuring launches are coordinated effectively across teams.
  • Act as operational owner of the Global Marketing Calendar, sequencing launches and marketing activity across the portfolio.
  • Ensure cross-vertical messaging consistency across product marketing outputs.
  • Define and uphold the quality bar and best practices for Product Marketing deliverables.
