Requirements
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and experience with email, fax, and customer service; equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to problem solve, and deal with a variety of situations where only limited standardization exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Lease-up Specialist with all marketing activities as it relates to the company and the properties managed by Cascade.
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating the lease-up project from beginning to end.
  • Perform various outreach activities throughout Oregon and Washington.
  • Communicate effectively with potential tenants.
  • Schedule and organize potential tenant meetings.
  • Manage effective communication through phone(s), email, and fax with applicants and other necessary contacts for lease-up purposes.
  • Manage calls and voicemails for up to 4 phone lines at once.
  • Maintain files and materials necessary for travel and meetings.
  • Maintain data entry and tracking information necessary for lease-up operations.
  • Regular and reliable attendance during scheduled hours
  • Travel as required for in person classes and annual education conferences
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
