Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with two (2) to four (4) years of relevant desktop support and/or Audio Visual (AV) experience.
  • Strong skills in computer hardware/software support.
  • Excellent customer service and a high degree of responsiveness and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a team, or independently, completing tasks in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science with a minimum of five (5) years of desktop support and administration for PC's/Mac's.
  • Experience with hardware/software support in a computer lab environment.
