Demonstrates compassion and a patient-centered approach to care.

Responsibilities:

Manage hearing aid operations: ordering, repairs, inventory, and patient follow-up.
Perform basic audiologic procedures: calibration checks, otoscopic inspections, and hearing tests.
Assist audiologists with pediatric and adult audiometry and hearing aid fittings.
Conduct hearing aid orientations and demonstrate assistive listening devices (ALDs).
Maintain audiology supply inventory and complete necessary documentation.
Complete administrative tasks, including patient calls and correspondence.

(Occasional-up to 20%, frequent-from 21% to 50%, constant-51% or more).
