- Develop financial materials, including business plans and valuations.
- Provide back-office support through counterparty targeting and strategic market analysis.
- Manage due-diligence phases, including facilitating the data room.
- Participate in working meetings with counterparties.
- Prepare pitches for communication within the Rydge Conseil network.
- Participate in business-development prospecting meetings.
