RESPONSIBILITES:
Controls vehicle inventory for assigned customers.
Ensures condition reports and repairs to vehicles are completed in a timely manner.
Locates and identifies vehicles for assigned sale.
Communicates with inside coordinators and other departments (Yard, Mechanical and Detail Shop) regarding vehicle status.
Responsible for applying customer approved identifiers to assigned vehicles.
Coordinates the movement of vehicles and services with various departments (Yard, Mechanical and Detail Shop) to ensure vehicles are retail ready or sale ready.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or equivalent in education with 1-3 years related experience preferably in a customer service environment.
Experience and proficiency using MS applications-AMS an asset.
A process minded individual who can quickly evaluate situations and implement solutions on a timely basis.
Self-starter who can assess work volumes and ensure timely completion of these prioritized tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills, friendly outgoing personality, high energy level, positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Works well in a fast paced / high volume environment..
