Steadfast Health provides outpatient addiction treatment that lowers barriers to care by offering same-day, walk-in access and accepting all insurance plans, with in-person and telehealth clinics in Cleveland and Nashville. Its model combines three core services: Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) using medications like Suboxone and Vivitrol, evidence-based behavioral therapy (CBT and motivational interviewing), and peer recovery support, complemented by case management for housing, employment, and legal needs. Unlike some providers, Steadfast Health focuses on non-punitive, patient-centered care designed to engage patients where they are and promote long-term recovery rather than short-term stabilization. The company aims to set a new standard of care for Substance Use Disorder, reduce treatment disparities, and achieve sustained recovery by integrating medical treatment, therapy, and social support under one umbrella.

What believers are saying

  • Steadfast added West Cleveland by 2026, signaling expansion beyond its original two clinics.
  • Its website advertises no waitlists and walk-ins, matching demand for immediate addiction treatment.
  • Will Johnson joined in July 2024, and the careers page shows active hiring momentum.

What critics are saying

  • Steadfast depends on three clinics; any payer squeeze or local disruption hits revenue fast.
  • SUD margins erode when same-day access, therapy, and peer support require heavy staffing.
  • If referrals lag or visits soften, the national-scale story collapses before expansion.

What makes Steadfast Health unique

  • Triple Aim Partners launched Steadfast Health with GV backing and Dr. Mac Stephen leadership.
  • Same-day walk-ins, telehealth, and all-insurance acceptance reduce barriers in Cleveland, Nashville, and Parma Heights.
  • Integrated MAT, CBT, peer recovery, and case management create a full-stack SUD care model.
