- Assist technical users in debugging operational Mac & macOS issues utilizing resources such as established documentation, senior staff and corporate technical support organizations, and your own knowledge & guile.
- Collaborate with an experienced team of operations and development professionals to facilitate growth in your role.
- Contribute to rapid targeted debug and triage of Apple products.
- Experience with Mac hardware and macOS
- Experience with macOS installation, troubleshooting, recovery
- Troubleshooting Mac and basic networking issues
- Experience working in a customer service organization
- Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, AppleScript
- Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking (IPs, subnets, DNS)
- Experience with Ansible and/or Puppet
- Knowledge of macOS MDM provisioning such as Jamf
- Network Administration / CCNA
- Experience with network storage technologies (NAS, NFS Filers, S3)
- Experience with UNIX administration
- Experience with Gitlab.
