  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or Computer Engineering + 3 years work experience
  • Or 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Share responsibility for macOS installation, debugging, and automation at significant scale.
  • Assist technical users in debugging operational Mac & macOS issues utilizing resources such as established documentation, senior staff and corporate technical support organizations, and your own knowledge & guile.
  • Collaborate with an experienced team of operations and development professionals to facilitate growth in your role.
  • Contribute to rapid targeted debug and triage of Apple products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Mac hardware and macOS
  • Experience with macOS installation, troubleshooting, recovery
  • Troubleshooting Mac and basic networking issues
  • Experience working in a customer service organization
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, AppleScript
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking (IPs, subnets, DNS)
  • Experience with Ansible and/or Puppet
  • Knowledge of macOS MDM provisioning such as Jamf
  • Network Administration / CCNA
  • Experience with network storage technologies (NAS, NFS Filers, S3)
  • Experience with UNIX administration
  • Experience with Gitlab.
