Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
  • At least 5 years of progressive accounting or finance-related experience is required.
  • Financial analysis experience is required.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft and nVision is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance systems and related applications is required.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle EPM, EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS, and Oracle EBPCS is desirable.
  • Ability to compile, analyze, interpret, and present complex financial analyses and projections is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of information are required.
  • Organization and documentation skills are required.
  • Leadership abilities are required.
Responsibilities
  • Produce monthly reporting with company, regional, office, and director views.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the organization's reporting structure.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of PeopleSoft Human Resources and Financial Systems systems.
  • Analyze financial information from all components of the organization.
  • Develop integrated spread, cost-of-sales, and pricing forecasts and analyses using complex spreadsheet and database applications.
  • Collaborate across the organization to analyze detailed budgets by account and work with Directors of Financial Operations and Regional Controllers to provide detailed financial analysis of monthly financial statements relative to budget.
  • Assist in developing and documenting the annual forecasting process and models.
  • Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance.
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting results presented in monthly financial reports and forecasts.
  • Provide analysis related to cost of sales and markup.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis of financial and operational metrics as assigned.
  • Execute supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
