Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirements.
  • Lead the development and evolution of our design system, including defining design principles, components, patterns, and guidelines.
  • Design elegant and intuitive experiences by understanding the intersection of customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups and other design artifacts.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
  • Independently deliver UX solutions for problems of large scope and complexity. Work through ambiguity and adapt your approach to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Lead the UX design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Present design work to UX, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with other members of the UX team by providing, receiving and incorporating design feedback.
  • Stay up to date with the latest UX design tools and methodologies, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
  • Stay organized, manage time effectively, and prioritize work between multiple projects and deadlines.
