Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high school students, educators, and community members to promote dual credit opportunities, workforce training programs, and college readiness initiatives.
  • Provide personalized guidance and support to student applicants, ensure applicant requirements are met, and assist prospective students through the admissions process.
  • Manage admissions and administrative tasks, including registration, enrollment, document collection, and data entry.
  • Maintain accurate student records and track activities to meet monthly engagement targets and semester admissions objectives.
  • Communicate and collaborate with faculty, staff, and other departments to support student success and respond to applicant inquiries through various communication methods.
  • Collaborate with Admissions, the Registrar’s Office, Operations, and Student Services to support students and monitor progress.
  • Use software systems to track prospective-student outreach and follow-up, update reports on communications sent to applicants and students, and recommend communication updates.
  • Attend events at community locations, including high schools, to represent and promote TSTC, provide information about TSTC programs, and assist individuals with the application process.
  • Assist with pre-college programs such as STEM camps and community events, manage records, plan activities, and coordinate communication with school representatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Some college or an Associate’s Degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, enrollment, or admissions.
