- Resolve problems with LDAP server software.
- Debug larger issues with network and heartbeats such as Veritas Cluster Server and Vault.
- Handle non-technical stack operating system issues that L2 cannot resolve, including Tru64, AIX, HP-UX, and Solaris 2.6.
- Take escalations from L2 when they cannot reach resolution.
