  • 5+ years of experience in leading a project team
  • Experience in autonomous vehicle, robotics, aerospace, medical device, or automotive industry
  • Mastery of project management tools and Agile methodologies
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering
Responsibilities
  • Actively manage cross functional collaboration between Systems Engineering, Software & Operations groups
  • Partner with Tech Leads Managers from software and systems engineering teams to create roadmap and project plans
  • Guide the planning and execution process of the engineering team
  • Manage and track project status, identity and mitigate risks and raise resources allocation concerns to the Lead TPM
  • Manage team priorities to ensure delivery of program goals
  • Regularly communicate project status updates
  • Summarize team progress to communicate the state of the project
  • Help with decision making by concisely summarizing data regarding issues and project needs
  • Respond tactically & be able to pivot quickly to escalations and changing priorities
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of software development process
  • Be able to translate & present technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and find effective solutions
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in Agile project management
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, understand their needs and ensure that deliverables meet or exceed expectations
