Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing/Automation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering is a must
  • Ideally 2+ years in Manufacturing or Quality processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Quality Certifications (CQE, CMQ, CQA) and ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor trained a plus
  • Process management, planning and change management, Six Sigma, Lean training, and quality systems experience
  • Establishing strong customer and supplier relationships
  • Proven problem-solving ability – driving solutions to technical and operational manufacturing issues
Responsibilities
  • You will represent the QA function as a primary customer liaison for the HDLC (High Density Liquid Cooling) value stream, facilitate customer engagement, and supplier quality management.
  • Work collaboratively with team leads, supervisors, manufacturing, lean, design, sales, materials, procurement, HR, maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure production lines produce high-quality products that meet customer requirements following proper processes and procedures.
  • Manage internal (production NCRs) & external non-conformances (customer complaints), and evaluate suspect materials while working closely with internal and external teams to quickly identify and resolve any quality-related issues. Lead the identification, containment, root cause analysis, and resolution of quality-related issues following SIX SIGMA (DMAIC) methodologies.
  • Support APQP activities such as PFMEA, Control Plan, GR&R, Capability Studies, First Article Inspection (FAI) etc. for launching new products and maintaining the proper revisions of these processes and documents for the existing products.
  • Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, lean methodologies, and ability to apply them toward manufacturing quality.
  • Drive defect reduction, leading problem resolution and increase in production yield.
