Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of Mindvalley brand and the personal brand of the MV Founder.
  • Collaborate closely with the Founder and senior leadership to understand their vision, values, and key messages, and ensure alignment with PR initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage for the company brand and founder across relevant platforms.
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on PR opportunities, such as speaking engagements, interviews, and thought leadership articles, to position the company and founder as industry leaders while considering potential partners and company growth opportunities.
  • Work with external agencies to create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages and announcements.
  • Manage media inquiries and interview requests, coordinating responses and spokesperson availability as needed.
  • Monitor media coverage and social media mentions related to the company and founder, providing regular updates and analysis to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Social Media, and Content teams, to ensure consistency of messaging and alignment of PR efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to PR efforts, such as media impressions, sentiment analysis, and share of voice.
