  • College education and prior sales experience preferred

  • Grow and protect existing business by constructing and executing a sound annual business plan
  • Improve gross margins by identifying competitive situations and negotiating a response
  • Survey plants, utilize tools to determine best-in-class solutions, and offer unique chemical programs for customers
  • Effectively manage time and territory to maximize productive activities
  • Write timely chemical treatment proposals and service reports
