  • High school diploma or GED is PREFERRED
  • Can read a basic drawing and work instructions
  • Demonstrates in-process inspection competence
  • Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
  • Has both mechanical and technical capacity
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
  • Honest and timely communication
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude

Responsibilities
  • Installs/assembles various components, sub-assemblies, and hardware by following written & electronic drawings, work instructions, and specifications
  • Maintains inventory of components, hardware and other necessary department items
  • Organize assembly area and maintain assembly equipment and tooling
  • Contribute ideas and subject matter expertise to the continuous improvement of both the process and documentation
  • Communicates with Management, Team leads, Operators, Quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve quality issues
  • Completes legibly all reports and other associated paperwork
