Requirements
  • 8-10+ years of agency and in-house experience, leading creative and content for brand, marketing and digital interfaces
  • 5+ years experience in a creative leadership role managing a writing team
  • Portfolio demonstrating excellence in storytelling through brand activations, campaigns and marketing materials via messaging, content writing, video scripting
  • Have a proven creative process that embraces exploration and implementation, with resulting concepts that equally expresses the brand and serves user/audience needs
  • Understanding of campaign and performance metrics & testing across marketing channels
  • Exceptional editorial and communication, both written and verbal skills, with stunning attention to detail
  • Experienced leader of agile sprints using collaboration technology like GSuite, Figma and Slack
  • Excellent people management skills responsible for career growth and development with an aptitude for team building and cross-team collaboration
  • Demonstrates an awareness and sensitivity to the needs and concerns of individuals and stakeholders from diverse cultures, backgrounds and orientations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the creation and codification of Hinge Health voice and tone, including brand governance and development resulting in messaging frameworks, guidelines and design systems for increased consistency across both the customer and user journeys
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, clinical and user research teams to understand user/customer feedback, insights and the psychology, pain points & value prop for each user persona, to inform creative decisions
  • Drive the creation of templates, guidelines, and frameworks to empower our teams to create beautiful, cohesive and thoughtful brand expressions and activations
  • Implement proven processes that consistently empowers the content strategy team to creatively diverge based on strategic objectives and then converge into brilliant solutions generating high-value creative results
  • Build and maintain a content library to empower commercial and growth marketing teams with the most updated and accurate information on products and services
  • Champion, grow and lead a high-impact, high-performing team that starts with a customer/patient obsessed mindset and can influence through deep understanding of editorial principles
  • Build upon the team culture, values and processes to exceed our brand and business objectives and empower creatives to innovate, take risks, problem solve & efficiently execute
