Responsibilities
  • Execute on 100% clean capital markets operation with all of Aven’s debt capital partners
  • Ownership of deliverables related to tape and performance data analysis, cash flow modeling, portfolio allocation & optimization, reporting and reconciliations, covenant performance and active portfolio management
  • Build cash flow modeling and analytics of our receivables for financing purposes across ABS execution, rating agency analysis, and forward flow sales across Intex and Excel
  • Lead the structuring and execution of any type of structured financing product, including RMBS and ABS, asset sales, master trust, hedging, etc.
  • Transform and translate our data into a crisp, efficient, technology-driven, user-friendly, and content-rich analytics platform for capital market participants
  • Create a medium and reporting that presents our collateral and cash flow performance with accuracy, simplicity and rigor to our investors, warehouse providers, and rating agencies
  • Create a pricing optimization and portfolio allocation model that optimizes our exit strategies and aligns with our financial goals
  • Frontline support services for capital providers, rating agencies, and investors: responding to inquiries; ad-hoc collateral analysis; cash flow modelling; performance metrics and projections; ongoing reporting and surveillance
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required: JD, MBA, MCS, or relevant advanced degrees preferred
  • Prior experience dealing with specialty finance debt structuring and/or securitizations
  • Reputation for being the fastest/smartest operator in prior teams
  • Reliable on high-precision work
  • Computer Software Skills: expert-level Excel, with Intex preferred
  • Programming Skills: SQL, Python/R, Writing Algorithms are a plus
