Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with conducting logistics planning and coordination across all functions of logistics
  • Experience as a battalion, regimental, or group logistics officer or chief supporting deployed exercises and operations
  • Experience with the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) and supply and logistics systems
  • Knowledge of Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) planning requirements, including Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) validation
  • Knowledge of logistics and readiness for United States Marine Corps orders and directives
  • Knowledge of facilities management processes, including coordinating with external maintenance resources
  • Ability to facilitate materiel readiness briefs, including input to and analysis of the Defense Readiness Reporting System and conduct maintenance assist efforts
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Experience with planning logistics in the Indo-Pacific Command AOR
  • Experience with providing logistics support to information operations
  • Experience in serving with a Marine Group
  • Ability to provide General or Flag level officer briefs and correspondence
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Refine and develop the group’s logistics processes and procedures according to current orders and directives
  • Plan and coordinate logistical support for the organization’s exercises and operations
  • Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to assist our client in facilitating logistics planning and coordination, facilities support, equipment tasking coordination and compliance, and material readiness improvement
