Logistics Readiness and Modernization Planner

As a logistics readiness and modernization planner, you’ll bring your cross-functional logistical planning and coordination background to work on projects for our defense mission client. You’ll refine and develop the group’s logistics processes and procedures according to current orders and directives to plan and coordinate logistical support for the organization’s exercises and operations. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to assist our client in facilitating logistics planning and coordination, facilities support, equipment tasking coordination and compliance, and material readiness improvement.

You Have:
5+ years of experience with conducting logistics planning and coordination across all functions of logistics
Experience as a battalion, regimental, or group logistics officer or chief supporting deployed exercises and operations
Experience with the Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) and supply and logistics systems
Knowledge of Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS) planning requirements, including Table of Organization and Equipment Change Request (TOECR) validation
Knowledge of logistics and readiness for United States Marine Corps orders and directives
Knowledge of facilities management processes, including coordinating with external maintenance resources
Ability to facilitate materiel readiness briefs, including input to and analysis of the Defense Readiness Reporting System and conduct maintenance assist efforts
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience with planning logistics in the Indo-Pacific Command AOR
Experience with providing logistics support to information operations
Experience in serving with a Marine Group
Ability to provide General or Flag level officer briefs and correspondence
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,300.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
