Requirements
  • BS/BA in accounting, finance or economics related area
  • 2-5 years of Investment Performance and Analytics experience and / or knowledge of investment performance analysis
  • Ability to interpret data into speaking points
  • Desire to take the CIPM
  • Ability to develop business relationships, both within and outside of the organization. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively handle and resolve numerous ongoing communications and reporting deliverables in fast paced environment.
  • Ability to drive change and process improvements, while managing day-to-day activities in a reporting cycle.
  • Ability to understand and analyze data sets and numeric trends.
Responsibilities
  • Final review of monthly and daily performance data prior to its release
  • Understand client reporting needs and manage deliverables / metrics for timeliness and quality. Improve upon and report actual results.
  • Shared responsibility for servicing of clients of varying sizes and complexities
  • Participate in and learn from client discussions encompassing performance methodology and calculations, reporting, products, billing and scenario analysis among other topics.
  • Manage document maintenance on scope of service, procedures, risk assessments, contacts and deliverables.
  • Communicate, manage, execute, monitor and review change management (new funds-aggregations-indices-investment structure, etc.).
