Proven experience in business related analysis or a similar analytical role
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or other relevant software
Experience providing insights and analyses directly to senior level stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Gather and analyze market information to make informed judgments about market trends, risk factors, and opportunities within the property management industry
Quickly analyze and synthesize data from various sources to form actionable insights
Interpret financial statements, property valuations, and construction plans to support underwriting decisions
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance the speed and accuracy of underwriting processes
Regularly review and reflect on past project experiences and knowledge acquired to continually refine underwriting practices
Develop and implement templates and automate processes to improve underwriting practices
Show a proactive willingness to learn from industry-standard templates and acquire knowledge to refine underwriting strategies and methodologies
Pursue opportunities for professional development by learning new skills and technologies
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure underwriting practices remain current and competitive

Market Intelligence and Analytical Expertise:
Actively gather and analyze market information to make informed judgments about market trends, risk factors, and opportunities within the property management industry.
Demonstrate a strong ability to quickly analyze and synthesize data from various sources to form actionable insights. This includes interpreting financial statements, property valuations, and construction plans to support underwriting decisions.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to enhance the speed and accuracy of underwriting processes.

Continuous Learning and Process Improvement:
Regularly review and reflect on past project experiences and knowledge acquired to continually refine underwriting practices.
Develop and implement templates and automate processes where possible, showing initiative and leadership in process improvement.

Adaptability and Skill Enhancement:
Show a proactive willingness to learn from industry-standard templates and acquire knowledge that can be applied to refine underwriting strategies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business related analysis or a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python or other relevant software.
Experience providing insights and analyses directly to senior level stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of work experience in property management or real estate industry.
Familiarity with property management software and tools.
