  • Experience and interest in identifying and building process improvements
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop programs to support the scientific community
  • Assist customers to expand their usage and adoption of Planet products
  • Onboarding and training of new clients
  • Process and track customer's tasking requests
  • Provide excellent customer support, ensure successful delivery of our services, produce timely solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate consistently with clients throughout the contract life-cycle, escalating important issues where needed
  • Work closely with sales representatives and other cross functional teams
