Requirements
  • Background in eCommerce, payment systems, and/or fraud mitigation
  • 4-6 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions
  • A clear understanding of API terminology (e.g., GET, POST, PUT, JSON, Webhook, Listeners..) and tools (e.g., Postman, Github, etc...)
  • Experience with JSON, Python, APIs, PHP, and/or other web, programming, scripting tools
  • Ability to examine complex situations, develop associated action plans, and guide peers towards achieving key goals to remove customer impediments
  • Demonstrated advanced project management experience with a strong focus on scope and integration management, with a focus on quality, risk mitigation, and effective communication
  • Demonstrated passion for e-commerce or technology services
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong technical, analytic, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
  • Integrate enterprise customers utilizing various partners and platforms. These include customized OMS / eCommerce API integrations along with Magento, SFCC, and NetSuite partnerships. You will also interface with and assist the System Integrators (SIs) that our customers employ. You may be responsible for working with internal teams to ensure that the customer has the appropriate SI for their implementation
  • Client consultancy in technical aspects of Signifyds products and integration
  • Coordinating with customer-side technicians, developers, and project managers
  • Define a plan to deliver Signifyd services to enterprise merchants ensuring merchant expectations are managed and the merchant is satisfied throughout the implementation phase, including the seamless transition to Service/ Ops/Product Support
  • Navigate integration complexities, anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required
  • Collaborate with internal Signifyd teams to swiftly escalate and resolve integration roadblocks and required new feature development. As a strong team player, you will communicate resolutions to internal stakeholders as well as to the customer
  • Work cross-functionally to continue to make the onboarding experience better for our customers. Cross-functional work may interface with the product, risk, marketing, and engineering
  • Ability to move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail
  • Seen as a trusted and expert advisor with a consultative mindset by clients
  • Maintain a client-first culture among the team through partnership, open dialogue, and transparent feedback
  • Participate in testing and implementation of project results in a manner, which is in accordance with procedures
  • Communicate integration status to key client stakeholders and document progress toward milestones
  • Fully understand Signifyd's implementation methods utilizing the most up to date practices
  • Be responsible for providing Signifyd console training to customers
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) so that your knowledge domain can contribute across the business
