  • Prior experience in mortgage loan setup or loan administration is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter with a desire to learn about government loans.

Responsibilities
  • Order FHA Case Assignments, CAIVRS, Case Queries, MIP payment histories, and Refinance Authorizations through FHA Connection.
  • Complete FHA/VA case transfer requests.
  • Order VA Appraisals (LIN) and Certificates of Eligibility (COE) through the VA WebLGY portal.
  • Maintain organized reporting to ensure all borrowers clear FHA holds and track required documentation.
  • Update FHA Connection and WebLGY with necessary case assignments and changes.
  • Process VA appraisal invoices and ensure timely payment requests are submitted to Accounts Payable.
  • Request VA appraisal reinspection’s as necessary.
  • Ensure VA appraisals are assigned and reviewed within mandated government timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Processing teams, highlighting missing documentation to move loans forward efficiently.
