Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant TPRM experience
- 3+ years of Risk assessment and Corporate Social Responsibility experience
- 3+ years of providing thought leadership on TPRM senior stakeholders
- Performs under minimal supervision with accountability for specific goals and objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Improve and expand a single, integrated TPRM process by scaling suppliers and risk domains
- Lead supplier risk assessments, due diligence, audits, issue management, recertification, and termination procedures in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Monitor and report on potential risks for key suppliers within Direct, Indirect and Capex
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders (i.e., Line of Business (LOB), Legal, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
- Identify and support initiative that increase supplier productivity/performance
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal/regulatory and contractual requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain alignment with industry best-practices
