  • Experience in delivering an amazing “WOW” customer service experience on all interactions
  • A great telephone manner, excellent communicator - able to build rapport and to adapt tone and direction to suit the needs of customers
  • Strong knowledge of internet, email and hosting technology / or have worked within a technical or online business would be advantageous
  • Drive and passion to work with key performance indicators, in a highly target-driven sales environment
  • Ability to consistently and efficiently steer the conversation beyond the query the customer is calling in about and uncover business needs
  • Ability to recommend and close solutions to customers that they may not have been expecting
  • Able to multi task multiple systems and navigate the internet quickly and efficiently
  • Able to adapt quickly in a sales environment and maintain a high performance
  • Be able to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Proven track record of owning outcomes and able to work self sufficiently
  • Strong customer focus to handle customers from multiple regions
  • Ability to learn a multitude of new information over a short period of time and turn theory into practice
  • Basic salary up to £25.5K (Depending on experience and skills) plus uncapped commission
  • 20% Shift allowance
  • 33 days of annual leave this includes bank holidays entitlement (Pro rata)
